The menu at Satuli states that kids have the base options of rice or romaine/kale while adults also have the options of potato hash and noodles. Has anyone had any luck substituting the base hash or noodles in a kids meal? Looks like it can't be done via mobile order but hoping it can be done in person.

CMs push hard for mobile order and will even assist you to do so, so not sure how viable in person ordering is. That aside, if you have a pickier kid that won’t eat beans/rice or salad base then it’s worth asking about. If you're an adult trying to create a custom bowl for an adult at a kid’s price not sure they’ll be accommodating.

One of my daughters has a gluten and dairy intolerance along with a few other foods so we will have to order in person anyway to look at the binder. She is definitely picky due to years of being afraid to eat certain foods. Too much rice upsets her stomach and salad greens aren't even on her radar. She was hoping for the hash. Her siblings are the ones that want the noodle base.

I can’t imagine they’d stop anyone with an allergy from getting another base. Definitely ask a CM, they’re stationed outside the entrance, how to handle and they’ll know how to help you.

Since your daughter has multiple intolerances, you shouldn't have any trouble getting to the register to make your order. The app is only set up to handle one allergy at a time. Just let the CM outside the door know, they'll let you in.
