Satisfaction Survey

Dh & I filled out the satisfaction survey sheet that DCL leaves in the rooms the last night of the cruise, but forgot to leave it in the room before we left. I found it when I was unpacking our bags. Anyone know where we can mail it to so it will be counted? I want to give some special people credit for their excellent service if at all possible. TIA!

They had a dedicated drop box for those at Guest Services. (just got off the Western today). I suppose you could mail it to DCL, But I wouldn't know to whom it should be addressed?
