My DD is 24 and still hangs out with a few people from Junior High and High school. ;) Anytime the holidays roll around, they are there, celebrating it with her and her DH and DD in her small Apt. eating her most delicious grub! :p I have to admit, I only have contact with ONE person I went to High School with, and she lives in Ga. ;)

Yes, my dh. We still stay in contact with a couple of others. I would say in the last 3 years we have stopped being friends and become acquaintances as our lives have become busy with careers, children etc..

Actually all of my friends that I have are from Jr High (I graduated in 1984 from high school)...I have very few friends that I didn't go to school with. Infact, my best friend was my maid of honor and is Godmother of DD #2...

One person and that's only because we went to the same college and sang together. I just attended his wedding last month.

I am still in touch with a few even though we don't live in the same town. I just love that phrase... In touch with. Makes me feel connected to my friends.

Actually one of my closest friends is someone I met in the 3rd grade and went all through school with. That was 45 years ago. OMG! 45 years! I am old!

My two best friends. We've been friends for 25 years.

I'm still in touch with quite a few friends!

My best friend is someone I met in kindergarten and we've been best friends since middle school. I'm still friends with a couple of people I met in kindergarten or middle school.

I'm still very good friends with my first love from middle school. :goodvibes My DH likes him a lot too.

In all, I'm still friends with at least 10-20 people from high school! :cool1:

Just one. She's my best friend and has been since we were 15. I see other people around occasionally, but she's the only one who's still part of my life.

Yep - my best friend. We've been best friends for 23 years. She was my maid of honor and she's my youngest's godmother. We also keep in touch with about 18 other girls. We get together maybe 2-3 x a year just to catch up on things.

I speak every few years with a friend from high school but sadly I have lost touched with the rest of the class of 1979. I am really close with several people from college though and I think those friends will stand the test of time.

I went to high school with my two best friends. :) I've known both of my best friends since we were 6 years old.

yep, my 2 best friends...one I've been friends with for 32 years, the other 28. I wish we still lived near each other.

I am still very good friends with 2 girls I went to school with, we graduated in 1982. Two of us live about 5 hours from home and the third just moved back there, so we get togther every time we are all in town at the same time... probably 2 or 3 times a year. Plus, we talk on the phone and e-mail often.

My best friend is a girl I met when I was 10 in the 4th grade (30 years ago!). We see each other quite often. I have another friend who I see a couple times a year who I was very good friends with. I see several classmates around town and at ballgames. Now we're all attending games for our kids!

DS25 is out right now with a buddy he's known since 1st grade. It's nice that the "kids" come home for Thanksgiving. All the bars & coffeehouses downtown do huge business on the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. At 25, he's kindof out-grown that tradition.

Personally, my sister and I get together with 2 "girls" we've known for 45 years!! (no guessing our ages please!)

I still keep in contact with 4 friends from HS. One is my DS's Godmother, and I am her DD's Godmother. For the most part we keep in contact now via email, but we do get together once in a while. 2 out of the 5 of us live out of state so its getting tough to plan anything, but I did just get together with 1 for drinks on Thanksgiving morning. Its our tradition. :goodvibes

I went to HS with my DH and my best friend and I met in K, and she married someone we went to school with.

When I go home I usually run into quite a few people I went to school with. But most everyone that I was friends with all have different lives and we don't keep in touch:(

Zero! I had one friend that I really enjoyed staying in touch with but we do not live in the same city so we have drifted. That is out of 250 people...yikes. :earseek:
