Morning Mrs. FoP

Are the muffins being made with pumpkin playdough? YUM

Becca - Squirrel???????? Really? Okay, what about that Zimmerman guy on the food channel. He eats anything and lives to tell about it. Maybe his website has a good squirrel recipe. Sauteed squirrel with artichoke butter and capers. MMMMMMM, that's good eating!

Glad to hear that Grandparents day was fun, Tricia! They do that at some of the schools around here but not ours. We go to Stick in the Mud school, where the children must work all day or they won't get into Harvard.:rotfl:

Ok, now I am really outta here. See ya!

Judi, what are cracklins? They don't sound like something I want to make gravy out of!:confused3

Wilma, I love Chumley! I want to come to your class. Now if you could only find a puppet of Hong Kong Phooey all would be wonderful!

Naturally! All who know him love Chumley. I shall keep searching for Hong Kong Phooey.:)

The crunchy stuff left from the flour, silly. You do know how to make milk gravy, sausage type, chicken type, squirrel is the same way. :rotfl2:

So Becca I'm going out on a limb here, does squirrel taste like chicken? I'm guessing not since you have to cook it in the garage. :rotfl:

I have tried squirrel once and no it didn't taste like chicken. I can't stand the way it smells when it cooks so I thought the crockpot in the garage would be my best bet!

I can't watch him! They once had an advertisement for his show before a movie at the theater. Do you know what that nasty stuff he eats looks like on a giant screen? I was doing the puke cough and had to cover my ears and shut my eyes. Brian was laughing so hard and drawing attention to me which I thought was unnecessary!

Have a good day with the munchkins!

I have never heard them called cracklins I guess. The only place I saw cracklins was on Dirty Jobs once when he was in the south somewhere. The weren't something I want in the house!

Have a good day Tricia! I hope your weigh in goes well!

Pig cracklins are a bit different :rotfl2: but we call them all cracklins.

 Tricia

Becca, upgrade to pro please, then we can see your picture ;)

Hi-Ho Squiddy

Ya'll have been hiding under a rock, I say! Tennessee Tuxedo and Chumley were often attached to Bullwinkle cartoons. Tennessee had an unnecessarily superior attitude, I always thought, and Chumley was a bit on the slow side. But, he was always fashionably dressed in his tie and hat, and a loyal friend. And, apparently, quite enamored of pies. The preschoolers loved him today! He helped them make their pumpkin pie playdough. Walruses are helpful to a fault.

I am still missing my hunk................

Becca, I say suspend your rule and chuck the squirrel. Anything that smells so bad it has to be cooked in a garage needs to be an exception to any rule, don'tcha think?

I just returned from my conference with Barney's algebra teacher, and it actually went well! He's not a math guy, so I was a bit worried, but it seems to be going okay so far. Hooray for Barney! We shall celebrate with a small film festival of Hong Kong Phooey, I think.:thumbsup2

Have a great day, girls!

They do look familiar now that I see the picture. The names however don't ring a bell. :confused3

I'm down 1.4 this week. :woohoo:

I'm starting to worry about Heather too. :guilty:
