SAS Raddisson to airport - timings question

Searched and searched on here to find previous posts I know I've read regarding the SAS Raddisson. Can someone please confirm what time we should make our way down to check in from this hotel for the Virgin 10.25am flight. We also plan on going back to the room for breakfast before heading back to the airport for the departure lounge, what time should we do this. Thanks for any input.

We normally leave around 6.15 then go back once checked in.

Yep, that's what we did in December. It's a 5 minute walk to Terminal 2 from the hotel. We checked in at 6:30am and then went back to the hotel for a couple of hours. Very handy
