Saratoga to Port Oleans by boat

Looked at the "get there from here" thread, it's 100 posts long.

How about a quick answer, does a boat go from Saratoga to Port Orleans, or do we have to go to Downtown Disney to catch the boat to Port Orleans?

You have to go to DTD first. The Saratoga boats travel a different route than the PO boats.

You can walk to DTD and take the water taxi from the Marketplace (right near RFC). It is on the right hand side facing the dock.

The water taxi stops at POFQ both directions.

You can also take the SSR water taxi to Marketplace and transfer to the POR/POFQ water taxi.

I believe the SSR water taxi goes to Pleasure Island only. You would then need to either walk to Marketplace to catch the POFQ water taxi or take a water taxi from Pleasure Island to Marketplace and then POFQ water taxi.
