I just returned from Disney Port Orleans and learned from a cast member that they plan to start construction soon on a new timeshare located between the LBV golf course and OKW. The target opening is 2004. It will be themed after the upstate NY Saratoga Springs area.
The Disney Institute will be in name only and the bunglows will be coming down soon. They plan to keep the treehouses because of ecoglogical reasons. They have a great spa at the Disney Instiute, which I did not know existed. I learn something new on every Disney trip.
For many who frequent these boards this maybe old news--however, it was new to me.
