I think I read somewhere on here that if you stay as a paying guest at the above you get maid service, towels and change of bedding. Can you confirm this is correct.

Also do we have to bring our own pool towels or is there separate towels that disney let you use for this?

If you are staying on a reservation booked through CRO (or any travel agent) i.e. cash reservation then, yes, you will receive daily housekeeping.

You will not need pool towels as these are provided at all the pools.

Hi,
Tipping in restaurants is standard and expected but not Housekeeping, unlike dining staff they get a wage inline with the work they do, by no means a big wage but its not a tipped position. Saying that any tips they do recieve are much appreciated, just not expected.

"- Housekeeping: $1/day/person (left in a marked envelope). For turndown service, or if you request an item be delivered to your room, such as a hairdryer or iron, tip $1/item. Tipping housekeeping is an age-old custom, but it is not expected at Disney. If you feel it's unnecessary, don't feel obligated."

Its about 50/50 who leave tip and who doesn't, your choice.

You may want to consider taking your own beach towels, if you want to use them outside the resort, we always take one to the parks and usually end of using it for water attractions etc
