Saratoga Springs

Going to start booking my first Disney holiday as a DVC member this week, which building do you recommend.

Hi

The Springs is good if you want to be near the big pool and close to the 2 restaurants.

we stayed at Congress Park which was nice to as you could walk to DTD.

There is the ferry boats that take you (leaves from near the carriage house check-in area) to DTD to if you were staying anywhere else.

The new section which I think opens this year also look like a really good location.


the resort is beautiful and I couldn't believe how quiet it was for the size of the resort. we loved it

We have stayed at the springs and congress park as well, infact just back from there on Friday, although that should have been Thursday.

Got to say that congress park is my favorite as its just a 5 -10 min walk from Downtown which is very handy at night.

Congress Park is our favourite, too. Easy walk to Downtown, and a great quiet pool.

Just to echo what others have said, really

We loved Congress Park for its easy walk to DTD and lovely views across thelake to the lights of DTD.

If you want to be "near the action" ie the foodcourt and main pool, then the Springs is a good request whichever building you are allocated if you manage to get the Springs will be well located for the foodcourt etc. We did miss not having a quiet pool when we stayed in the Springs, though.
