Saratoga Springs - Treehouses

Doing some research on the Treehouse Villas. I found a blog and the blogger posted this information about transportation:

• You can call the Saratoga Springs bell desk and they’ll drive a golf cart over to pick you up and take you to the main building.
• The same golf cart can also drive you to Downtown Disney (about a 10-minute ride).

Any truth to this? Gee it would be nifty if they'd just "send a car" anytime you want to go somewhere! I think whomever wrote this was either dreaming or a "special" guest. Everything else I've read bus or boat are the only options.

Bell Services at SSR has multi-person golf carts to transport guests and their luggage to/from the Carriage House at check in and out.

I've never heard of them providing transport at other times, but I suppose if you are a good enough tipper each time?
(But I can't imagine it being guaranteed timely if they are busy picking up other guests luggage)
