Saratoga Springs to Grand Floridian for an 8am breakfast?

Even though I am a WDW vet and DVC owner it has been a while since we have done an early breakfast where we had to travel. We be going from Saratoga Springs to the Grand Floridian on August 21st with 18 people. We will be there celebrating my parents 60th Anniversary. Normally we would just take the early bus to MK then they resort monorail but I thought I read that the resort monorail will not be working until 9:30a at that time.

My questions are: What time does the MK bus start running at Saratoga Springs in the mornings? Will we be able to take the boat from MK to the Grand Floridian before 8a? Or are there any other suggestions? I know a taxi is an option but we would need at least 4. Thanks for any help

I would call a taxi. I don't think you could get there that early using the bus.

The buses start running at 630 am every day. I would assume that since the monorail won't be running that early that the boat will or that there will be buses.

After you get off your Sarasota Springs bus at Magic Kingdom (or a little before), look up to see if monorail trains are running. Or find and ask a transportation supervisor at the MK bus platforms. It's a multi-minute walk to the MK monorail station and boat docks and you would prefer not to get all the way there and then find out that bustitution has taken place.
