will be staying at ssr studio next week as dvc. I have read that if you call they will bring you more of the paper bowls, plates and utensils. Will they bring more coffee?
Thanks

You can absolutely call and they will bring you a large bag with filled with coffee, creamers etc.

Nasty stuff, very stale. Note that the coffee packs are not airtight. I always bring my own fresh coffee.

Yes, the stuff they stock in the resorts. It has nothing to do with the brand, just how it is stored. Without vacuum sealing or under nitrogen, coffee goes stale very quickly.

why do some brands put a vent in bags they sell?

The valve allows CO2 to escape, but blocks oxygen from getting into the bag. It is the oxygen that causes the coffee to get stale. If you look at German or Mexican coffee you will find that they are often vacuumed sealed and are like a hard brick of coffee. Once you open the bag air gets in and it starts to oxidize and will gradually become stale over time.
