just curious to know what the per point charge will be for this new addition if we were to purchase this calander year. does anyone know the yearly maintenance fee per point at this resort? what parks is it accessable to - or is it like okw with buses to all parks? any info would be helpful

Its next to DTD, which you can walk or ride a boat to. Busses to all other POI.

the price is $89/point, with a possible $10/discount for not going before the resort opens.

The dues are $3.80/point

Our salesperson told us that the $10/point discount would only apply until October 31st. This may be extended but Disney has not mentioned that yet. Also, since the resort does not open until May, if you finance with them, the payments/interest will not begin until May or June. The maintenance fees also will not start until it opens.
