Saratoga Springs photos

Deb Wills has photos of the Saratoga Springs interiors. I was interested in this DVC property until I saw the decor. Not my cup of tea (looks like my MIL chose the decor!) I like bright and modern or pastel colors, but we all have different tastes.

We had a similar thread a few weeks ago. As with anything, some people love it and some people don't think it appeals to them. However, it is very accurate in terms of capturing what you find in the "real" Saratoga Springs. As with the VWL and AKL, people may find they like it more when they see it in person. It's not my favorite either.

Having been born and raised in New England, it's very similar to the style of decorating I am familair with around here. Personally, when I go on vacation, I liek a different tpe of atmosphere from what I get at home, so this would probably not be my first choice, although I am sure that at some point we'll stay there, just because...

It's kind of like the people who live in Arizone probably wouldn't choose Coronado Springs as thir favorite resort, since it's very similar to what they get at home.

The SSR photos I've seen portray what I would term an elegant decor. I think the resort will be very nice, and the style of decor very appropriate for the theming.
