I hear that I had to call twice, because the first CM couldn't or didn't want to do it for me. But, the second time I foung someone who knew what they were doing. Thank goodness for that.

We upgraded yesterday to OKW, studios. Found out today that people were being offered one bedroom villas. Called back and they were already booked, but we were offered one bedroom villas at SSR. We took it. We are going from 8-31 thru 9-7.
