Hmmm. Maybe what they're doing is you used your developer points and then they're banking the oldest points first and then carrying over the new points--so what you are carrying over is the "real" points from the prior year. In any event--glad it's working for you!

I see posts all the time regarding the number of resales listed. But has anyone noticed that Saratoga has 23 pending sales on our sponsors site.

Haven't read all the posts, but I think (hope) THV is making a difference and now some people see SSR as a MUST HAVE.

Regardless, I'm glad to see SSR moving up...
