does saratoga have a computer that you can use? If so do you know how much they charge for useage?

I don't think they do
The Contemporary does have computers though

No they don't have any computers. I asked at reception at SSR last August and they said no. I ended up using the computers in Downtown Disney inside DisneyQuest. These are free to use as long as you have a ticket to enter.
