Hey Jen - Sorry it's been so long. I'm getting so bad about keeping up with the journals.

I will never ever complain about the weather here again after reading your posts about the snow there. We are in need of moisture here, but I'm totally ready for spring.

Hope your feeling better. My cold is lingering on a bit too, but it gets better every day. I hope you make a full recovery soon

Good morning!

I had a not the best eating day yesterday... I ate a cookie and half a PB sandwich.. They were my bad food for the day...

Today I will be good! DH has a Literacy Volunteers fundraising competition at the mall so DD and I are going to cheer him and his team on.. We have some shopping to do too! We are going to applebees for lunch, but I know I can make good choices there!

My cold is lingering.. Not horrible just annoying!

I WILL get in 2 workouts today.... They really are helping... The inches are starting to really go now! It is evident in my waist and chest!!!! I am getting really excited and motivated now!!!

Well I did do my other workout yesterday.. This cold is making it hard for me to run( I can't get a good breathing rhythm with a stuffed nose) so I am walking at 4.7 and upping the incline to 7, 8 an 9! Boy did I sweat twice yesterday!!!

I plan to do another double today... After grocery shopping... DH and MIL B day is tomorrow so I guess we are going to MIL's house tonight for dinner.. DD want's to get daddy a cake so maybe I'll get a small one... He can take the rest to school!

It's amazing how much the exercize has made me feel great!! I am a beleiver now!

Week 2 Day one 60 minutes treddie

I am so excited! I did my 1st 10K on the treddie this afternoon in 77 minutes! I burned over 1000 calories!!!! I am so EXCITED!!!! Can you telll???!~

Well it is Monday ! DH's birthday... We are due for another day and a half of yucky weather!!! We are under a storm warning again!

I have to spend the morning at meetings for the WHOLE morning!!! YUCK!!!! I would so much rather teach than sit in meetings!

I am hoping to get another great workout in today! I am feeling better... I am still a little stuffy, but I will live! I am still so excited about the 10K on the treddie! I would not have been able to do that a month ago!!!!

I'm so proud of you for doing your workout on the treadie - I know it is so much more inspiring to excercise outdoors. I'm so sorry spring just hasn't arrived and stayed in your neck of the woods. In Western Washington we just haven't had much of a winter and 65 degrees (like it is today) is a typical June temperature.

Thanks for your encouragment and kind words in my journal.

My mother says she hates it when teaching time is interrupted by meetings too! She's on so many committees that take her away from her classroom and then she has to prepare for a sub - which she says is much more difficult than just doing her thing. Still - I can't wait to be in a classroom of my own.
