Ok. I know, I already started one. Well, things have changed....AGAIN! Main reason was when I emailed Joe about changing the date from Friday to Monday in an effort to save money, there was no monday's available. But in January there was, just not French Island. So now here goes.

Ceremony - Yacht Club Gazebo - 5:00pm

For transportation, we plan on using a limo for us and our parents.

For our guests we are planning on using a Charter bus.

We are looking for a photographer. I have emailed Randy, Taz, Missy and Magic moments. I heard back from A Magic Moment, but I think they may be out of budget. So the wait continues.

Floral
I want basically 3 heads of hydrangea with a dozen roses throughout. I forget who I stole this pic from (sorry) but I couldn't help but download it as it's the bouquet I want and have wanted forever.

Ceremony decor - I plan on upgrading the chairs from the garden chairs to the next one up, the wooden foldup ones, right? and leaving them plain. I want to line the walkway with white roses like you see at the disneyweddings website of the site. I do not plan on doing anymore decor than that. Oh and putting the programs on the seats with sprigs of hydrangea (light blue) tucked in the ribbon that will be tied around it.

Reception decor - I love the Cinderella table on the website. Heres a description. Soft light blue linens with a sheer ice blue overlay and silver accents. Frosted ice bucket full of softly arranged white Escimo roses and accents of blue delphinium. White Chair covers with ice blue sashes. Ornate silver chargers with white satin napkins tied with sheer light blue bows. In blue is what I am planning on using. Here's the pic of the chair cover

Also on the table I plan on having these drizzled on.

I also want to have alot of votives, but Joe (my SM) advised me against them as the wind can blow them out. So I am in the process of finding some votives/holders tha wind will not affect. Probably frosted votive holders with white tealights. I want like 10 per table.
On the cake table I will put this

I will post more later.

wow it all looks so nice, did they give youa price for the chair covers? I am looking at them but we cant talk to anyone till end of the month!

I was looking at our reception in epcot as well so I could see the illuminations, are the menus expensive?

The menus are about the same, when having a non-restaurant location. The chair covers are I think the Wish book says $10 per chair.

You might rethink the reception there. That time of year it might be alittle chilly. I know StephFL had to change her's because it was too cold. I believe she was having her's in France though.

That's my bouquet. :)

My pre-reception was at Italy Isola in November from 8:30pm to 9:30pm, and some of the women in their fancy dresses were pretty chilly. I agree it would be a weather risk in January. However, it's a little know fact that Disney has outdoor heaters they can place around the area to keep you warm. I'm sure there is a rental fee, but it's worth asking about now in case you need to add them to the budget once you see the weather forecast for the day.

Plans sound great so far! We wanted votives for our DP and pre reception but was told no as they were outside. We ended up having glass cylinders filled with a clear gell and mickey confetti with a white led light in the middle! They looked awesome and i didnt have to worry about them blowing out!

Wow, you're getting married the day after me. I'm sure we'll stress together as the planning gets closer. You seem to be A LOT more prepared than I am.

Yep! We were suppose to have our reception at the Italy Isola but had to make a change that morning due to the weather.

When our CM called to tell us she would highly suggest changing the venues she did say they had space heaters (rental fees were $250+ each), however, she said the problem was they would not help much at that location/didn't help in the past enough to make it comfortable for guests. I asked if it would work if we got at least six of the heaters and she said it still probably wouldn't help enough- it would be 40 degrees that night.
So, yes they do have space heaters, but I guess because that location is on the water and such a large space it can be very dificult to heat (especially if there is wind).
Now, I am not tryign to disuade you at all- I would just suggest having a back-up location you like and have it in the contract- that is what we did and it worked out. You never know- FL weather is very unpredictable anytime of the year. Italy is gorgous and I love your plans and decoration ideas! You can't worry about the weather or it will drive you nuts!
HAPPY PLANNING!

The chair covers are in fact $10 per chair. That includes an upgraded chair (the standard outdoor ones in EPCOT are plastic), the white cover and a colored sash/bow of your choosing.

For candles on the table, Disney floral recommended we use battery operated votive "candles" so that we get the same effect without wind issues. You can buy them through disney or you can get them at a craft store. They're a couple dollars each.
