Hi Molly!
Santa giving WDW as a present is the BEST. We did this last year, and the pictures with them during the "lightbulb" moment are classic! They all looked like guppies, with their mouths wide open. Here's what we did:
I had them all open their presents with the exception of the three boxes that held the suprise, all of them wrapped just alike all with their names on the outside of the boxes. Then they sat in a row and were allowed on the count of three to open their boxes. (DD was 10, DS was 5, and the baby was 3.)
When they opened the boxes, the first thing they saw were Disposable cameras, then under that were t-shirts with their favorite characters on them. After that, we had little plush characters and then a scroll of paper, rolled up with ribbon around them. Dd10 opened hers and started reading it:
"You are hereby summoned to a Breakfast in your honor on (date) at (time). Please dress accordingly, the Princesses are expecting you"
Also included in the scroll were their tickets into the park as well as $50 in Disney Dollars.
They all started yelling and screaming and then out came the whole princess outfits.
My DS's scroll read,
"you are hereby Summoned to the World for a week of fun and play with Mickey and Friends" He wasn't into the princesses, so I went with the girls while DH and DS had some "guy" time.
Have fun planning this! It is worth all of the time when you see their faces!
