I'm hoping that my DVC bretheren can help me out here. Do any of you know of a location on WDW property that has a Santa Claus for the kids to go to?

I have a co-worker who's going to be down there in mid-December, and I didn't have an answer for them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Brian

Santa was in the lobby of WL last Christmas Eve I think. It's possible he was there Christmas day also, but since we don't have little ones I really didn't pay attention.

Santa is usually in the lobby of most (if not all) of the deluxe hotels close to Christmas (especially Christmas Eve). "Santas" from around the world can also be found in the different countries of Epcot. A Santa where you can sit and tell him what you want is usually available in DD. Epcot and DD would be the best shots for seeing Santa in mid-December.

For a non-park option you can find Santa at Downtown Disney during the holiday season. However, the best Santa we have seen at WDW is at the American Pavillion in Epcot. Great setup and great Santa and you can have your picture taken. During the holiday season in Epcot they have the Holiday Storytellers as well. These are essentially santas or other holiday figures of traditional forklore in each of the World Showcase countries who share how the holidays are celebrated in their country. The stories and interaction with the crowd are great and you can get pictures with each of the santa's/storytellers.

If they are interested in going over to Celebration, they have a really cute Santa House set-up downtown. You can even purchase a photo. I also believe that they make it "snow" on the weekends in the downtown area.

Thank you all for your replies. This will help out a great deal. I knew my DVC neighbors would come through for me. :D
