Santa Clause 2..We LOVED it!!

DD and I saw Santa Clause 2 this afternoon. Had DH come home early from work to stay with the baby.

It was very funny and really cute! Tim Allen gives a great performance!!
The story line was just as good as the first. Many laughs!!

If you go to see it keep an eye & ear open for many other Disney references!!

And if you buy the re-release of the first Santa Clause it comes with a free admission coupon to Santa Clause 2. And there is also included a $5 back coupon for buying the re-release and owning the original release.

We saw it last night and we all (10 of us) loved it! I had heard bad reviews of it being "lame", but we thought it was very cute and it was just what we needed after a long week. I love movies where the whole family can go and enjoy it...was the first movie my dad has gone to AT the theater in about 20 years.

I thought we might see it, but I was wondering if would hold my little one's attention. He is 3, almost 4, a very good movie goer, but usually we only take him to animated movies. What do you think?

My wife and I saw Santa Clause 2 yesterday and I thought it was great. Just as good as the original. I plan on seeing it again closer to Christmas.

We saw SC2 last night and I'm so glad to see here that it at least seems that everyone is in agreement so far.

I thought it was great! I did miss "Elf Judy" but I realize that since the actress has grown up in the years since the original was made she couldn't be still playing an elf. But there is a very good "replacement" for her.

Hey! Who isn't going to love Chet???!!! "THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH A STRAIGHT LINE, CHET!!!"

I suppose there are things in it to pick apart but what would be the point? This is a good fun movie and we loved it!

My four-year-old grandson went with Mommy and Daddy to see this movie last night while I kept his seven-week-old baby sister. He came home just a-chatterin' about the movie and some of the funny scenes he'd seen. My guess is your grandson will love it, too.

SO glad to hear this! I'm leaving in 2 hours to take 10 first graders to see it for my daughter's birthday party. I'm hoping that it holds everyone's attention so that they behave! There's nothing worse than 10 unruly first graders at a movie!

Are there any blackout dates on the coupon? I was thinking about taking son to see it this afternoon. If there aren't any blackout dates, I may wait until Thanksgiving to take him.

Snoopy- Our DS is just a baby, 3 months old!!! So of course he got to stay home with Daddy!!
But we started taking our DD (now 5) to movies when she was 3, and she was just fine. She did great at animated & non-animated movies at that age. But of course they have all been movies for kids/families.


Disneyjunkie- I think the last date to use the coupon was sometime early December. I forget the exact date. But there where no black out dates during that period.

Well, we just got back from the party. There were 12 very enthusiastic thumbs up! I liked it much better than the first one. I highly recommend it.

We just returned. My DD's (6 and 4) loved it! We especially loved Chet!!!
