Santa brought my ds a.....

fever!! My poor guy. He was ok for opening gifts and then he told me he felt dizzy. I knew what that meant and sure enough 101. We went to my mom's and he laid on the couch the whole time. He decided he got hit with a double whammy...not only sick on Christmas but we're suppossed to get snow tomorrow and he won't be allowed out in it Of course, not a big deal in the scope of things but I feel bad for him...Christmas is a big deal when you are 9

Sorry to hear about your DS. My DNiece 4yrs old had a fever (103.4) earlier today too. A few hours later, hers broke. Hope your DS is better soon.

Awww, hope your DS is better. My cousin's little girl, 8 months, was in the ER last nite. They ALL have had strep & the stomach bug this week and I'm waiting to hear how they all are this AM, but NOT how you want to spend Cmas when you have a baby and a 4 year old

Poor thing! I remember a couple of Christmases being sick and it was not fun at all. I hope he recovers quickly and can get in some snow time

We have some family friends who at this time can count 9 family members who have come down with the stomach flu in the last 48 hours. One had to be taken to the ER. This is a miserable time to be sick!

My son and dh are both sick too. Guess I gave them my cold I had at the beginning of the week. Luckily dh is on vacation so he won't have to call in sick (he probably wouldnt' anyway) and ds won't miss any school!

I hope your guys get better soon!! My ds is still sick....had a fever all night last night and most of today. He feels dizzy and says his legs hurt when he stands. I hope he doesn't have the flu. We're going skiing for New Years Eve. I hope, lol.

DD11 has quite the cough tonight. I ran out to get Buckley's earlier, and I hope it helps. I don't think either one of us slept last night. The cold I can deal with, the fever as well, the coughing like that .

T'is the season I think. As a PP mentioned, I am extremely happy school is out until the 10th.

Poor thing!
I got truly, violently ill between Christmas brunch (at my house) and Christmas dinner (also at my house). Felt "off" all day, but it got bad mid-afternoon.

Then last night, after Christmas with the in-laws, dd8 awoke in the middle of the night with a tummy bug. Fun, fun, fun.

Hope we're stopping there...don't need it to run its course among all 6 of us, lol.
