Is Sanna's bread service included in the deluxe dining plan?

I believe it is, yes, for the 3-sauce version.

I was at Sanaa two weeks ago and received the "full" bread service (I think it's 9 sauces?) for 1 deluxe appetizer credit. It was a crazy amount of food. 4 of us split two DxDDP credits and left a ton of food on the table. And we went in hungry!

By the way, the food was absolutely delicious and I will definitely go back!
