Sandy Ridge/Liberty Village/Glenbrook Resort?

Can anyone tell me more about these neighborhoods? I'm looking for a villa for our spring break trip and the few I have found on VRBO that meet our criteria are in these neighborhoods. Thanks in advance!

My uncle snowbirds in Glenbrook. Neat neighborhood, but fairly far from the parks if you are planning a Disney-centric vacation.

Thanks! We may do one day at Magic Kingdom, but other than that, this isn't a Disney-centered vacation. We just want to get away from the harsh Michigan winter!
