We leave for Vegas on tues. Just wondering if you can bring sandwich cookies in your carry on. I like to have snacks on the flight and for the room.

Yes, absolutely. Just have them in a side pocket so you can grab them out before you heave the carryon in the overhead bin.

You can bring any food you want. The only thing you need to be careful of is liquids which you can bring in if you purchase after security.

Thanks you’d think this was my first flight. But it’s been so long since we were able to fly. Oh and good point to put the snacks where I can grab them quick. I usually just like to get the luggage put away I usually forget to grab anything out. Take care

I always bring my own snacks when flying. You just never know what/if anything the airline will serve and it may not be anything you like. Some flights offer food for an extra charge. I have never had any issues going through security with various snacks. If flying a long distance, it is good planning to bring your own snacks and/or purchase something at the airport before boarding your flight. You can typically find salads/sandwiches being sold at various places within the terminal. I would purchase your beverage after you go through security to avoid any issues with the various restrictions on liquids.
