Sandbar rum CC Excursion reviews?

Has anyone done this Excursion and thought it was good? We are deciding if we would rather have a cabana and just relax or if we want to do this Excursion. I watched one video online and they saw dolphins on the way to the sandbar. Is this common? Were you alone on this Excursion? I would rather be in a group going to the sandbar

We did the Castaway Cay Sandbar Beach Adventure in October 2015. There were about 10 people on this excursion. We were a group of 4 adults.
We didn't see any dolphins on the way but did see starfish and a group of small flying fish being chased by another larger fish (sorry I don't remember the names of the fish). The guides were very informative.
It was cool to be in the middle of the ocean with the Dream in the background. When you arrive the water is about mid-thigh then as low tide occurs the water is around your ankles and the sandbar emerges. There's time to swim around and explore then the guides break out the rum and tell stories about the islands. We also had a round or two of tug of war. It's a fun excursion worth doing once.
