Pre-Covid, sanaa was a must do for us. My husband loved the lamb and I got some sort of biryani. Our Covid trips, neither was on the menu and we skipped it but neither is there still! We are considering a post sunset dinner with our 4 kids (7-13) after a day at AK and we are thinking of two options.

1). Go and eat the bread service and order the limited menu. Nothing super exciting for us or the kids or
2) get the bread service as carry out and cook steaks and potatoes (that everyone loves and is easy) back at the villa.

Are the new options as worth it as the more unique choices? When my older two were littler they at least loved the night vision goggles to watch animals by the fire. Is that a thing still or no? Just not sure if okay sounding food is worth the time and the cost.

We went in December and it was mediocre at best. Definitely loved it before, but I think you would enjoy the steaks at the villa more.

We went in November and found it to be just ok. Very basic. The bread service was amazing though. I would order it to go and have it as an appetizer with dinner you make at the villa.
