Sanaa walk up?

We are at Disney right now and I have to say, I can't remember the last time it was this "slow." We've been at Disney Springs twice (this isn't a park trip) and DH and I stretched our arms out, fingertips touching, and didn't even come close to touching anyone else. Walk up seating at the bourbon bar at Polite Pig and at The Boathouse! So I'm wondering... what is the usual walk-up situation at Sanaa? We have never been, and while I know it's a fairly popular restaurant, I'm not sure we want to be tied to a reservation (although there are plenty available for tonight). How well does walk-up at Sanaa, for lunch or dinner, work? Long waits? I am encouraged by the low crowds here now so we might just wing it.

You can always eat at the lounge/bar at Sanaa without an ADR. We had dinner reservations there on Thanksgiving and chose to eat in the lounge instead. Great meal.

This sounds like a great option! We are having a lazy trip, no park tickets, so no real schedule. Thanks for the tip (and the info on crustless quiche, hahaha)
