On the Touring Plans website, I see that there is a menu listed for a "Quick Service breakfast" option offered at Sanaa. We are not on the dining plan so credits are irrelevant, but this option has me intrigued.
We land in Orlando around midnight so we opted to book a room at the airport Hyatt and take DME to AKV in the morning. The rest of our family will already be onsite (POR) and they will be heading to MK for the day. The plan is for us (me and my kids) to check in at AKV and take the bus to MK to meet up with them. We will need breakfast first so we have a few choices...
1) The breakfast buffet offered by the airport Hyatt ($18/person) but we should not need another meal until our dinner at Jiko
2) Grab something at Starbucks at the airport and eat before getting on the DME bus (this will mean we will need to buy lunch at the MK)
3) Wait until we get to AKV and then get something at Sanaa, which will be more substantial than a "snack" at Starbucks, but cheaper and less food than the full buffet at the airport. It should also be late enough that we should not need another meal before dinner.
I think the #3 is our best option but I don't know what hours Sanaa offers breakfast. Is it truly a "quick-service" or is it a table-service set-up? I don't want to take up too much time since the rest of the family is planning on arriving at the MK around 8am. Has anyone eaten the "quick-service" breakfast at Sanaa? The TP website also says that they offer the TIW discount for breakfast and if that is the case, I am even more inclined to try and get there for breakfast.
