It's a regular stop for us, partly because if we show up at the very beginning of either lunch or dinner seatings we can always get a table without a reservation. We like being inside the pyramid, the drinks are good, prices are reasonable, the servers are always super nice (especially if you can speak some Spanish) and we like the food. For me, I can always get something gluten free without having to bother with the chef, etc as most of the entrees are naturally gluten free.
If you are only used to Tex-mex this will not be what you are used to, but they certainly have some Americanized dishes on the menu. They also have a kids menu - a cheese quesadilla is always a hit with my now 4 year old.
