San Angel Inn ?

We will be there in August celebrating both of my daughters birthdays. At the restaurant do they have mariachis? Is so, how much do they charge for a few songs or do they just accept tips? My daughters would get a kick out of having them sing to them.

They do have a mariachi band that plays on a regular schedule just outside of the Mexico pavilion. No charge for songs. There is a sign with their performance times posted there. I have been there when they've gone inside the pavilion and played a few songs as well, though I'm not sure if that's the norm or done on a whim. I have never seen any opportunities to tip the band. Some Disney CMs are not allowed to accept tips. I would be very discreet if you'd like to offer them a gratuity.

They will play inside if there is rain too. I've seen that happen before.
