Just wanted to do a quick review. Today Epcot was incredibly crowded, but we did have a lunch reservation so we decided to brave the crowds.
We were seated within 10 minute4s of arriving, and given ice water. Our server was Hector he was very nice. We both ordered a margarita. I ordered the blood orange and my husband ordered the pineapple. We prefer sweet margaritas. They were good but VERY strong.
We also got some chips and salsa, it was a medium spiced salsa and very good. The chips were fresh and salty, very good.
I ordered the chicken a las rajas with poblano rice. It was delicious! The chicken was fresh grilled and the rice was well seasoned. The creamy sauce was delicious.
My husband ordered the chicken enchiladas, he substituted the refried beans for rice, he does not eat beans. He also loved his entree and his rice was more of a spicy mexican rice, different from mine. He also loved his entree.
We did not have any dessert since we were full and there are so many choices around the world for dessert, but this resteraunt turned out to be one of our favorites this trip, so I just thought I would share. It was expensive, ended up being 70 something, but that was because of the margaritas. In retrospect we should have skipped those, it was hot today and we both felt kind of sluggish after. We are not big drinkers, and to be honest, the drink was way too strong for me.
