SAN ANGEL INN: eat dinner from lunch menu?

Hello one and all!

Quick question on San Angel Inn:

Can you order dinner from the "lunch menu"?

In other words, if I go in the evening can I request something from the lunch menu???

The two menus have a lot of similar items...and then additional at dinner. If you like the lunch menu better, why not just have lunch at San Angel instead of dinner.

When I went back in '96, we ate dinner there and they accidentally gave us the lunch menus. When we were ordering, they mentioned we had the wrong menus, took them away, and we had to choose from the dinner menu. I was not happy, since the item I wanted was not on the dinner menu.

I hope they have changed their policy.

We kind of wanted to have a lite and early lunch considering we have an icecream social PS @3pm. We also want to take in the full experience of SAN ANGEL INN (ambience and all).

I don't know if its possible to have a light lunch there??? Maybe???
