How will Sam's credit me for a 1/3 bag rotten oranges. I just hate when that happens. At times in the past, I would have just tossed them and cut my losses...

If you have the receipt, take the ones that are left back. They will give you credit for the purchase. (This happened with apples for me, and it was within 24 hours or so that I called them, so I am not sure if all the variables work out the same...)

i suppose it depends on when you bought them. i bought tangerines recently and a few molded after a few days, i would have never considered returning them. my time and gas is worth more then a few pieces of fruit.

I am watchful of gasoline, too--but I will be in the Sam's Club area soon.

I just had this happen last week with vidalia onions. My husband took them back and they gave him a new bag PLUS his money back. She said they have 200% guarentee on produce! Which I never knew because I have had produce issues before. She took his name and wrote it i a book.:thumbsup2
