There is a thread on the DVC board with samples of contracts for renting. I'll post the link when I get home this afternoon unless someone does that in the meantime. JimC posted lots of information about contracts.

None are specific for transfers- since DVC does not ask for a contract for transfers like they do for rentals. Since transfers are not supposed to involve any monetary exchange, there is little need for a contract.

Go to UserCP, select Edit Signature, and create your signature the same way you'd make a post.

Here is a link to a recent discussion about rental contracts, including samples.

I'm sure they could be modified to cover a transfer, but transfers are basically a single irreversible transaction and have no conditions after completed.
