We will be a Disney in two weeks and not sure if we are going to a park on that Saturday- leaving it open.
If we decide on Saturday morning, and I buy tickets at the resort- can I make my Fastpass on MDE?

You can make FP+ reservations on MDE as soon as you link a ticket to the account and you're within whatever your reservation window may be for your type of tickets and/or resort stay. So in your case, yes you can (of course you'll only be able to make them for rides and times available . . .).

Because you know you will be going to the parks, you can purchase tickets online as Will Call tickets and link them to MDE now. You'll have a little better selection booking FPs now rather than waiting to make "day of" FP selections.
