Same As Last Year

Just joined today. I want to know if anyone has heard if disney is going to offer free pkg upgrades to include the Dinning Plan like they did last year. Just like they did with the free upgrade to Park Hopper, Water Parks, Etc with a Disney Pkg last year. They are doing that again in April and May. Has anyone heard?

Keep checking back here...or do a search on the dining plan board. Nothing has been announced yet, and no one knows for sure if free dining will be available to the general public in 2007.
