I am down 3lbs this week!!
I did really well last week, until Sunday came. I had about 13 flex POINTS left and just went on a candy binge and did not count my POINTS. Since the weather is warming up I took a walk almost everyday last week. I don't walk as fast as I would like to. I have a 1 and 3yr old. I do have a double stroller but my 3yr old is way to big and heavy for it now, so he walks at a slower pace and likes to stop at EVERY stick, rock, and so on.
But this is great for him also, he needs the excercise.
Actually today I took a quick 25 minute walk without him (he stayed with DH) I might sneak one in everynight without him but still walk during the day with him.
