congrats on that 1 lb! little by little, you're making your way! and you can keep your commitment to curves, i know you can. 4 times a week would be great, but 3 would be as well. do what you can fit into your schedule, any exercise is better than none! keep up the great work :D
 
I officially joined Curves today and just wanted to post my weight from Curves. 224.5 (with clothes on :p ) I just noticed my New tag also Curvy WISHer. :teeth:

Wohoo!! I am down 1.5 lbs this week. (224 lbs) I did VERY good all week with staying OP. But I did slip up a bit on Saturday. I also went to Curves 4x last week. :Pinkbounc

Wohooo I am finally seeing the scale go down. I am down another 2lbs this week. My current weight is 222lbs. Just 1 lb away from a new clippie. Hopefully I can earn it before we leave for WDW next week. (hopefully I won't gain on our trip) This week was my first week on 2 less POINTS. This really messed me up. I defintly used a bunch of FLEX POINTS this week. :Pinkbounc Curves seems to be really paying off. My weight is going down and I have noticed differences in my body. :sunny:
 
The combination of WW and Curves seems to be paying off for you!! You'll adjust to the new points level soon, I'm sure.

Enjoy your upcoming trip!! I'm meeting Amanda on Sat. 2/7 at MK - I see you will get a chance to meet her too! I've met quite a few DISers and they have all been wonderful!

congrats on the lost poundage! i'm sure you can get that next clippie before you head off for your trip! and everyone seems to either maintain or lose at wdw, because you're getting all that exercise from walking! keep up the great work :)
 
Wow! You are really doing great on your WW. I started WW in Dec. The weight loss is a little slower than some of the other plans, but it does go down.:D
I see you are another lucky one heading to warm, sunny WDW next week. Have a wonderful time! I know you can lose that 1 lb this week to get your new clippee. Those new clippees always look so awesome!:teeth: Keep going to Curves and stay OP. You CAN do it!!!:sunny:

Hey Sweetie! You are looking good! I saw my cousin on Superbowl Sunday and commented on how skinny she looked she told me she had been doing Curves for December and January and following no WOE at all and was down 10 lbs since starting their program a total of 20 lbs from when she started WW (she is no longer doing that anymore) she looked amazing. She told me Curves is awesome and that she absolutley loves it because it fits in her time schedule.

I can't wait to see you on the 11th!

Wohoo!!!! :Pinkbounc I got my new clippie before leaving on our trip on Wednesday! (15lbs) I did ok this week. I had a couple of days where ALL I wanted to do is eat. :( So I am glad I lost this week.
I can't wait till Wednesday, we leave for WDW. I am also a little worried about gaining. I know I should'nt but I do. I know I will do alot of walking but I plan on EATING! But in the meantime I will TRY to make better choices. Ex: Only getting one fry to share with the family, grilled chicken at the fast food places and maybe a salad if the dressing choices are good. But I WON'T hold back at Ohana's. :p I will check in on Wednesday morning with a WI just to compare to when I get back. ::yes::
 
have a wonderful time in disney!!! enjoy yourself, including all the yummy food! everyone says they either maintain or lose, because of all the walking! you don't realize how much exercise you're getting in because i'ts so fun! oh yeah, and congrats on the new clippie :smooth:

That is so awesome! You are gonna be lookin fine in WDW girlie! Don't fret too much about the weight while on vacation. You've worked hard to get there, so relax and enjoy yourself! There will be plenty of time when you return for getting back on track. Just make sure to drink plenty of water; that with the exercise down there should offset most food choices!;)

On Monday morning I was down another 1 lb (221 lbs) But this morning I am 1 more less LB. I am taking 220 lbs with me to WDW. How much of it will I come back with? ;) Hopefully less!!!

I'm back. I gained 4lbs on this trip. I am ready to get back on track tommorrow. I earned the 15lbs clippie and now have to give it back. Oh well I had a gret time on our trip and enjoyed eating. Vacation is over now though.
 
I gained 5 lbs on my trip so you did better then I did! Come one girl lets get back on pace!
