I started WW on Monday 10/20/03. My starting weight was 240lbs. The first week did not go to good. I got a new scale the second week and it said 235lbs. (10/27/03) So the old scale was of by 5lbs Following week 236lbs. (11/03/03) That I week I finally got on the right track. I lost 3lbs (233lbs on 11/10/03)
The following week I lost 2lbs (231lbs on 11/17/03)
So officially I have been doing WW for two weeks. I really like WW because I can eat whatever I want but portioned controlled. I have not given up my favorite take-out (chinese)
I have made better choices (ex: white rice instead of pork fried rice, splitting an eggroll with DH)
