Salt and Pepper Set Exchange - Sent/Received

I can't wait to see what salt and pepper shakers arrive in everyone's mailboxes this week.

Hi, back from a mini-vacation.

I have delivery confirmation on my package...but it appears to be not working
Only info showing is that it left my post office on the 1st......haven't heard from the person I sent to yet.

I will be going to the post office this morning and picking up my mail. I will post if I receive anything and also have them check on my package.

Has anyone got a box from me? It was sent last Tuesday and I'm begining to worry checking tracking # now.

Update! Seems the package has be forwarded to another address??? I checked the confirmation number and that is what they gave me as a response. I went back and double checked to make sure the address I was given and the address on my confirmation card was the same and it is. So I hope the right person receives their package and soon.

I just got a parcel from rasnlms

Inside was a set of prefilled salt and pepper shakers with cool vegetable pictures on them. I love them.

Also there was a set of dog salt and pepper shakers. They are so cute. I am going to display them right now!

I got another parcel today too. Actually they tried to deliver it yesterday but no one was home, so I had to pick it up at the post office. It was from mickeyfan1

I got a very pretty 4pc - Salt & Pepper set with a trivet and spoon rest to match. They all have fruit on them and the salt and pepper shakers have neat handles.

You are right Marsha they are very nice and they will certainly brighten up my kitchen. I too had trouble trying to find novely salt & pepper shakers.

Oh I also enjoyed the mini M & M's that you sent.

Hiya All,

Boards have been so difficult so I'm having trouble keeping up - sorry!!

My Mums went out today and ours should be following suit tomorrow. So sorry for the delay, it took a lot longer for them to arrive from the two online companies we bought from than I expected (so hard to find in the shops here, we didn't think it would be but it was!)

Glad to see them coming and going, hope it keeps up!

Thanks Nancy for a great package - I got seashell shakers and IScream shakers - in lime green Also a lime green back pack, skittles and tic tacs. Also, something I have never seen - a small Mickey Bar - how cute.

Wait til you all here what I received!! I had so much fun opening my box today!! And I'm the one who moved but listed the address I had been at for 30 years, instead of the new one, so, the box was following me around!

First, sorry to keep you waiting on arrival news, and thanks so much Dania!!

I received an assortment, first a filled salt & pepper set, then a clear glass set, a set with handles, a pretty stoneware set, a cute set of bears, and a cute set of cow salt & pepper shakers!! WOW! Thanks again Dania, I will be able to switch, and use a different set when I want!

I knew you were on vacation, Leslie......but the stupid tracking didn't work
It still doesn't say it has arrived

The Mickey bar is one of the accesories for the Mr. Potato Head at the DTD. I thought they were so cute, I put lots of extras in my box when I was loading it up

I got a package, I got a package!!! From Cindy (clhcpaca), there was a little easter shaker set, a set from New Mexico and a set that looks like a 2 siver tea pots, I think from Washington DC (sorry, fine print, no glasses, I'll edit later) and a little sunvenier plate from the Grand Canyon. Now I have a good start on my next collection.

Okay, I"m here now and here is the situation:

Everyone has sent theirs on (ours went out last week, sorry I forgot to post, anyway, they should arrive any day!!)

So yes, they are all coming/going from the UK!
Sorry once again for the mixup on dates and not getting them to us to go out in time, but they will be there soon

Finally I would like to issue a huge THANKS to my fabulous exchanger - Marsha/Mickeyfan1 from whom I received a great package late on Saturday. (I had to leave a signed note outside my house to say they could leave a recorded delivery package for me in my garden LOL).

Marsha sent a really cute 5-piece cruet set covered in fruits which will look great in my new kitchen.

She was also kind enough to incl. some of my favourite Americans - Oreos!! I got some 'uh-oh' Oreos (which DBF loves so I'm sharing ) and some double delight ones with peanut butter and chocolate creme.
