Salmon recipe from Akershus lunch?

My 10 year daughter fell in love with the pan seared salmon at Akershus (lunch). Does anyone know if I can find a recipe for it? I searched but didn't see anything. Or know of a similar recipe? Thanks in advance!

Here was the description from the menu: Pan-seared Salmon - roasted potato cake, pickled fennel slaw and aquavit cream sauce

Atlantic Salmon Filet with Tamarind Glaze, Mango-Wasabi Coulis and Pesto Restaurant Akershus, Norway - Epcot
Yield: 4 servings

4 each-6 ounce salmon filets
4 Tablespoons Tamarind Glaze
2 Tablespoons Wasabi Coulis
2 Tablespoons Pesto
Salt and Pepper to taste

Pre-heat convection oven to 400 degrees. Lay out salmon on a sheet pan, season lightly and coat with Tamarind Glaze. Bake salmon until internal temperature of 140 degrees is achieved. Drizzle Wasabi Coulis and Pesto over exterior of fish in a criss-cross fashion. Plate and serve.

Hmm, the recipe for the salmon and the description from the menu don't sound at all like the same dish. I'd keep looking OP.
