Salmon BLT at Sci-Fi and more

I was wanting to order this on our HS day. But I saw on Disney website that this was changed to a grilled salmon over greens dish. Is the salmon the same? Could I still order the BLT or even just the grilled salmon without the greens and substitute the greens for fries? Is the kids salmon similar? Does the kids salmon come with fries?

The salmon is still the same, it's basically a salad with salmon on the top of it. The kids salmon comes with quinoa and green beans. You could order the kids salmon with fries, you can't order the BLT anymore, they don't have the bread
