We ate at Boma's dinner buffet when we were at Disney over Thanksgiving. I have been thinking about trying to recreate the salmon dish. It was great! The salmon was topped with something that looked like chopped carrots and tomatoes, but I am not sure at all what it was. Can anyone venture a guess or give me an idea on how to find out. I am trying to eat healthy, and that dish keeps coming to mind. Thanks.

I called Boma today about the salmon dish, and the lady I spoke to asked for my E-mail address. She didn't speak English that well, and I am not sure in the end she got my E-mail address right. I gave it about five or six times. It was so sweet of her to try and help me though.

If anyone reading this post is going to be eating at Boma soon, I would be so happy if you asked your server what is on the salmon and let me know. It really was so good. Thank you for your help :)

If you get that recipe from Boma, could you please forward it to me? I also had that salmon dish recently and enjoyed it as well.

Boma does salmon several different ways, so it may depend on the night. The last time we were there the salmon was topped with red and green, but they were peppers and other hot hot hot things (and I am not a hot spice fan). The time before that the salmon was crusted with pistachios and I thought it was superb.
