Sales Commissions - Larger Contract

Are sales commissions for larger contracts (600 pts) negotiable or does TTS and Timeshare Broker (Jaki) work from a fixed schedule? What are such commissions for these top 2 companies?

I believe the commissions are 10% of sales price, across the board regardless of contract size.

I believe both have a minimum commission. I don't know their's but usually it's between $995 and $1500. Actually some are up to 12% but I know that I've had one of them come down to 10% from 12% recently when talking with them.
