Salem, MA to Hampton/Seabrook, NH

Since Im planning on stopping at my mother's on the way to Seabrook next Thurs Im not sure how best to get there. Any ideas? How long would it take? A Fri afternoon 4pm checkin - do I want to be in the area earlier cos of traffic?

I believe the best route to Hampton is 95N - access it from 128 or rte 1. The weekends might have traffic at the tollbooth with people going away for the weekend or to the beaches. W/o traffic the trip should be 45 minutes to the Hampton tollbooths.

I would say play it safe and be there early!! On fridays there is usually I should say always traffic at the tolls and will be backed up!!!!!!

Your best bet is to put on WBZ am 1030 and listen to the traffic reports and they are always on the 3's!!! :03,:13, etc!!!!

no I don't work for the station just listen to it every night and morning!!!!

I live in Salisbury MA right next to Seabrook NH and EARLIER IS BETTER! on Fridays anytime after 2-3pm 95N backs up fast before the Hampton Toll Booth - I won't even go shopping in Seabrook after 12noon on Fridays!
