Salad as entree on DP?

I noticed that some of the counter service places like the COlumbia Harbor House and Sunshine Seasons have what appear to be main course salads on their lunch menus. Is it permissable to have one of these as an entree on the MP? (I ONLY eat salads for lunch every day).

Yes, they count as an entree, you still get a dessert and beverage with it for the dining plan if that is what you are asking about. (MP?)
