Maybe if I remember but more likely the person that is going in a couple of days could remember to take a picture....:rolleyes1

Besides the inside of the cupboard, the other place you'll find it is in that book they mailed us in 2010 (but not 2011) that everyone complains is a waste of paper. I know because I typed it onto the VGC thread from there when no one could find it online.

Oh, I remember that! I'll have to look for that book - I know I have it here somewhere!! (it really was a waste - wasn't it sent out like half-way through the year? :sad2:)

Well, that wouldn't be me since I don't go for a week yet! ;)

Shhh - I'm not staying at AKL this trip -- I'll be at Dolphin! :ssst:

:rotfl: I will never tell. :littleangel:

Brandi: I know today will be a tough day for you, David and the rest of your family. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Your uncle will live on in your hearts forever. :grouphug:

Wishing you and David Bon Voyage tomorrow. :sail: Have a wonderful time on this much-needed vacation!

I will take good care of The List in your absence! :goodvibes

Happy Sunday Jamborinis and Kidanites! :)

:grouphug:

Thanks so much for the kind words. It is very quite and respectful around, and normally we are loud and crazy, so it is a bit strange for us.

We are looking forward to this trip. I so need to get away for awhile.

Everyone please be nice to Laura and the list while I am gone. No changing resorts or dates. :rotfl:

Morning everyone :wave2:

Your pic says vacation all over it :rotfl: From the flowers casually tossed in the 'vase' to the pins and room paperwork on the counter, all right down to the little simba symbols on the tiles of the kitchen area (only found in Jambo) Oddly enough, I'm liking this pic as much as any shot off of a balcony.

Have a fantastic trip! While you're gone we promise not to switch around our plans :rolleyes1

Please take some shots of the resort and give us your true opinion of the Dolphin A few weeks back, my trigger finger almost booked us into a 4 night stay there for this week. Luckily (?) common sense kicked me in the head and reminded me "Hey, no more cash trips, that's what you bought DVC for... just wait!" So, I'm thinking next summer when I'm out of points and my common sense is distracted, the Dolphin might be nice. I love those friendship boats.

In case I forget... Have a great trip!

Yes, beer and pins on the counter.... Glad you liked the picture and this is truly us during vacation... Just laid back and never hardly in the room! This was F&WF last year...:lovestruc

We stayed there 3 nights last month and have lots of pictures. :thumbsup2 I'm DVC also but you can't beat the location and room cost. This upcoming trip I booked awhile back on the weekly "Starpicks". $119/night plus tax & resort fee = $145.88 total! :cloud9: I LOVE both the Swan and Dolphin - especially when I want to stay right in the thick of things, so to speak! (Location, Location, Location!!) ;)

I don't want to post the pictures on the AKL thread (isn't that sacrilegious?!!!), but later today I will send you a PM with a link to the pictures. There is also a photo thread on the Resorts board somewhere with lots of great Swan/Dolphin pictures. :goodvibes

You should also visit Mom Poppin's Swan & Dolphin FAQ thread. :thumbsup2

Laura, off to look at your dolphin pics - we are staying there on our first night in Oct. - We decided to add on a night, I wanted the Poly, but our friends are at the Dolphin, we just decided to stay there - never been, but, I'm sure it's great - then we move over to Jambo house the 2nd!!! YAY

*** As for the "list" for the Villa's - yes, there is one.......... I'll post it again in a min.

Check these two sites, they both have very good lists on what all is in the Villa's -

:goodvibes. :grouphug:

So glad today is coming to an end.

We are back home.

You know I have not even started to pack. :rotfl: since we leave at 3. I will wait to that until the morning. I just don't feel like it right now.

I think a glass of pritchard's sweet Lucy is what I need and some down time.

Hope you all had a good day.

Good morning Jamborinis and Kidanites! :)

Brandi: I hope the Sweet Lucy hit the spot last night! ;) (I have no idea what it is, but it sure sounds good!!)

Busy day for you -- I'm not sure how I would have slept last night, having not packed (but that's just me!! :))

Bon Voyage!! We'll miss you around here.

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I thought I remember reading somewhere a list of items that are in the villa kitchens (I'm looking for Kidani if that makes a difference) - thinks like cookware, cooking utensils, etc. I can't seem to find where that somewhere was that I read this. I re-read the 2nd post here, but I didn't see a detailed list. Am I dreaming that I read this or is it out there somewhere?

Thanks!!

Not specific to Kidani..but the list is pretty standard across DVC rooms:

I'm leaving for AKL on Wednesday and will be staying there until Tuesday. It will be my first time and I'm very, very excited!
