Glad you liked it. After eating at Boma's in 2009 for the first time DH was convinced that we needed to stay here. Then after staying there DH was finally convinced we needed DVC so we could keep coming back

So I entered a Mary Kay makeover contest .. (winner gets $$ for a charity, and for themselves. ) No big deal.... I've gotten over the freaking out of having a "before" and "after" picture posted on the MK site... there's voting, etc.

Finally come to terms with ALL of that..... and then lo and behold, ESSAY QUESTIONS.

Oh geez. I gotta get in the rind mindset for this-- I haven't done anything scholarly except for bible studies since...... 07!

I'm sure you have a plan in place (or at least a good idea of what you'll be doing each day!): Don't stress about it!! Especially with young children, some of the most magical memories you will create on this trip are the ones you could not have planned for! Enjoy! (and don't forget to come back here and tell us all about it! )

Hope you have a great time!! I'd say a must know is just to relax and do some animal watching.

Also. Cool little thing- the laundry room- has a TV that plays Disney shows. Such a little detail-- but it made my night one evening (that i wasn't thrilled about doing laundry....ha)

I already have an Arusha view standard room booked for end of August. They have no CL availability (w/military disc.) for our time frame.

Should I keep calling and checking back for CL availability, or just keep what I have? Is CL really worth the extra $ over an Arusha view? Also, since we do not have CL, is there a specific area I should request?

...I know - his friend's dad got them a 2,500 sq ft COMP suite in Vegas and his friend got a good deal on the hotel and car in San Diego, since he was in the Marines....

...he texted me that they had arrived in San Diego, but I still haven't heard from them arriving in Vegas....
